Songs of Water/Songs of War is a collaborative effort featuring the songs of Emma Graves (vocals, guitar, banjo) with the musicianship of Jenny Hill (sax, flute) Barry Kornhauser (cello) Todd Isler (percussion) and various friends of the People's Voice Café. This is fun Americana-styled folk/jazz with a real message. Expect contagious foot-stomping and hip swaying…just the type of movement you may be looking for…

Sharing the bill for the Evening will be Chris Lang and his band. Chris is a wonderful songwriter and activist. Please check back here for his bio within the next few weeks.

The People's Voice Cafe is an alternative coffeehouse offering quality entertainment. We provide a space for the artistic expression of a wide variety of humanitarian issues and concerns. The cafe is run as a not-for-profit collective, and is not affiliated with any political organization. New participating members are always welcome.
